Facelift & Neck Lift
Facelift surgery is performed to reduce the signs of aging in the lower 2/3 of the face, such as nasolabial folds and jowls. Neck lift removes excess, sagging, wrinkled neck skin for a more streamlined neck and jaw. The procedure takes 2 to 4 hours and is performed using general anesthesia.
Otoplasty (ear pinning)
Ear pinning will reduce the prominence of the ear by removing excess cartilage and skin. The operation takes 1-1.5 hours and is done under general anesthesia as day surgery. It is performed any time after the age of 5-7 years old. Recovery is approximately 3-4 weeks.
Eyelid Surgery
Extra skin, fat and muscle are removed from the upper eyelid to give a rested look to the eyes. The lower lid may have skin and fat or only fat removed to change the appearance of the eyelid and remove the fullness or “bags” under the eyes. This operation takes 1 -1.5 hours, is done as day surgery with local anesthesia (with IV sedation) and requires 2-4 weeks to recover. Most people can return to work in 3 to 10 days.

Request My ConsultationEar Reconstruction
Congenital absence of the ear or post traumatic ear loss can be corrected by the use of rib cartilage and local skin flaps. The operation may take as long as 4 hours and requires general anesthesia. Hospital stays up to 5 days are not uncommon. Recovery may take many months until final shape becomes apparent.
Cleft Lip and Palate
Repair of congenital cleft lip is usually started at the age of three months. It is accomplished by rearranging the local skin and muscle elements and suturing them together. The operation takes 1-2 hours under general anesthesia and may be done as day surgery. Recovery may take several weeks. Cleft Palate repair is usually accomplished between 9-12 months of age. It takes 1.5 hours and may require a short hospital stay. Recovery is usually 3-4 weeks. Additional surgery may be needed to correct abnormal speech or to correct nasal appearance.
Skin Cancer Treatment
Surgical excision or application of anti-cancer medications may be accomplished in the office facility. Larger tumors or more serious types of cancers may need to be treated in a hospital with local or general anesthesia.
