This woman was unhappy with her breast deflation and excess abdominal skin after having children. I preformed a bilateral breast augmentation with a breast lift and tummy tuck. The patient is now pleased with her fuller breasts and flat tummy.

This wonderful young woman successfully lost a significant amount of weight. After her weight had stabilized, she desired contouring to improved the shape of her abdomen and breasts. I performed an abdominoplasty to remove her excess, stretched out abdominal skin and fat, as well as tighten up her abdominal muscles. Under the same anesthetic, we proceeded with breast augmentation and mastopexy to restore fullness and improve her shape. She is shown here approximately 9 months out from surgery. Abdominal scars are kept low to remain hidden by swim wear, and breast scars are fading nicely.

This woman experienced many of the changes commonly seen after having children. Her breasts deflated, and her tummy lost its prior shape. She wanted her breasts to appear full again, similar to what she had while breastfeeding. This was performed with gel submuscular breast augmentation. Her tummy not only had extra stretched skin and rolls, but her abdominal muscles were also displaced (a rectus diastasis). While the skin rolls contribute a small part, the diastasis is largely why her tummy is no longer flat and seems to sag out. In abdominoplasty the extra skin and fat are removed and the muscles are brought back together. Photos taken at two months.

This woman in her mid-thirties was unhappy with the changes in her body. She disliked the deflation and sagging of her breasts and abdomen. I performed a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and breast augmentation combined with breast lift to restore her to a fuller, more youthful profile. Photographs taken at two months. These early scars will continue to fade.

Breast Lift (mastopexy), Flank Liposuction, and Abdominal Liposuction

This 30 year old woman was dissatisfied with the shape of her breasts after raising two children. Her breasts had maintained their volume, but dropped significantly since breastfeeding. She also wanted to address some localized fat deposits of her lower abdomen and flanks (posterior sides). Despite being quite active, she had been unable rid herself of these problem areas. She opted for breast lift and for liposuction to the trouble areas of the abdomen and flank.
These 6 month photos show stable and shapely results after breast lift and liposuction. Her breast lift scars have faded, and the liposuction access points are completely hidden. Changes in the abdomen are subtle given her trim build, but are most obviously seen in the area below the belly button and in her profile. Slimming of the flanks are easily seen when viewed from behind.
Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) and Breast Reduction (Mommy Makeover)

This woman was unhappy with changes in her body since having children. She now has drooping of her heavy breasts, and and is unhappy with the changes in her abdomen. She elected for tummy tuck and breast reduction to improve the contour of her chest and abdomen. While these surgeries are not weight loss procedures, they can significantly contour and reverse many of the changes brought about by pregnancy. She has found this to be the jump start she needed to more fully engage in an exercise program and has continued to drop weight since surgery. These 5 month postoperative photos show a dramatic improvement to her abdominal profile. Scars have faded nicely, and will continue to fade further over the year. As with all our abdominoplasty procedures, incisions are kept low in order to be able to hide them with a swimming suit or underwear.

This 42 year old mother was dissatisfied with the changes childbearing had made on her body. She lost her flat abdomen, her breast deflated, her flanks pooched out, and her breasts had sagged. We performed four procedures in one setting: breast lift (mastopexy), breast augmentation, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), and flank liposuction. She is excited to welcome her new and improved old self back! Scars are faintly visible in these three month postoperative photos, and should continue to fade with time.

This 30 year old mother felt young, but had a body obviously weighed down by bearing two children. She had severe wrinkling of the abdominal skin and displaced abdominal muscles that gave her a severe bulge of the tummy despite not being overweight. She was satisfied with the volume of her breasts, but they had become saggy.
She underwent abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and breast lift (mastopexy). As can be seen, this removed the excess lower abdominal skin and fat and tightened her abdominal muscles. The restoration of her flat abdominal profile is seen best on lateral view. She desired a natural shape and lifting of the breasts without the addition of implants. Scars are visible in these three month photos, but will continue to fade over the year.
